Vätterbygden By Night / 7 (25/01/2012)

Traditional Wednesday's night VBN. Not too much snow and -5 degrees. Marshes frozen but not enough yet and ice still breaks. No chance without neoprene socks. Nice ride to 1st control - 3,5 km of road running. I forgot to take my bike. :-) Some IKHP guys started with killer 3:30 min/km pace (slightly fast for my winter standard) and I spent most of the course alone far behind the pack. Many new clearings in the forest. Typical bushy Hakarp's terrain.
