WOC Tour / Day 5 (14.08.2010)

Start before 9 a.m. Killing time. But very nice course with many long legs. Quite clean race (expect no. 15 where I didn't see the left track in a marsh and during running uphill towards refreshment point I hit some tree root or branch - many F-words were pronounced... and my instep still hurts after 3 days...). I was running alone whole course and didn't see any H21E runner at all. Best race of the week.
