US Long Championship (27.06.2010)

Very warm weather again. All the time on the sun (pretty burned hands and face). Yellow was full of small stones and high grass - not very fast, tracks were the best option (if there were any :-). Indistinct marches were dry and even one lake... Good option for running. Map quality quite good, course setting good for M21 (just a little bit longer) but completely failed for most of courses (W21 11.7km = 2:05 for winner - was Simone registered to make it under 1:30?). Refreshment controls 10 and 14 were dry. That slowed me down quite much. Results and award ceremony quite chaotic like some other things. Well, all race support activities are far behind every single small race in the Europe. Finished 2nd, 24 seconds behind winner who was again Fredrik Eliasson, Halden.
