WOC Tour / Day 1 (09.08.2010)

Hard start in Trondheim's terrain. No relevant training before. I was not used to navigate through marshes and thus I lost some minutes in the first half. About 3 minutes mistake to 4th control, mostly by wrong route. Second part of the course was much faster.
