Tactic was to chose smart routechoices and hold speed which I can run 90'. Eventhough I started pretty fast, but I had a clear flow, which was perfect. Until 5th control where I catched Miloš and got distracted. First mistake was K6 - small path on the top was unclear so I ended in the bend of big road and had to relocate. Also going out of K5 was stupid to go straight, should have run from left on the path directly - loosing 30". K7 - right routechoice was bit faster, anyway I ran too much right in the end, that cost me about 40". K11 - here I just followed Miloš and underestimated attacking control. We were running aroud the small hill, pretty stupid - 60" loss. K14 - followed the ride direction to attack control, but ended up too much right, stupid compass mistake 40". K15 - the very same problem, wrong direction on the egde of circle - 60" loss. K18 - wrong direction -> wrong valley and then running in slope for too long instead of relocating and running bit lower and taking the idela flatter part. In total some 4:30 mistakes. But I'm very happy with the beginning where I showed speed like Kasper and in the end I didn't finnish physicaly wasted and could continue for another 10'. Biggest problem was focusing on Miloš, probably taking a different routechoice then him would force me to stay in my flow for longer and possibly avoid stupid mistakes.

Defensive orienteering - since the beginning i felt rusty technicaly so I was looking for easy routechoices which in the end appeared as wrong ones.. K3 - running too much around - after race it was clear that straight is better option (previous knowledge of the path on left variant twisted my mind easily!), K5 - stupid reading of green instead of contours got me too much left - about 30" mistake, K6 - choosing left one because easy comming to control - again defensive orienteering and slower routechoice, K7 - like an idiot running around on the well known path - loosing maybe 15", K10 - finding clifs from the top is always tricky and I failed eventhough there was newly cuted open area - 30" loss, K14 - defensive tactic again, should run straight - 30" loss.. in total 1:45 on stupid mistakes and some more minutes on slower pace - AVG HR was low treshold

First competition speed after half a year. From rusty to good flow in the end. From splittimes I was loosing in terrain more than on paths -> should work on specific training. K5 - probably stupid routechoice, too much up&down, K7 - better to run from k6 on countour, K8 - wrong direction when attacking control, K10 - staying under clifs wan't smart - first plan was to run up in the very first big valley (as the best did) but I changed my mind for no reason.., K14 - running under clifs was way shorter, K17 - didn't read control description so was aiming for clifs and control placement was higher in the re-entrant, K18 - felt like a good routechice, but analysis showed straight one better.. Not bad performance, but with many hesitations and unclear decisions.
